This is not recommended as a “beginners” rosary! This rosary is intended for the advanced prayer warrior. Set on an antique brass wire and chain this olive wood rosary has a very unique feature. Within each decade of this rosary is a bone bead placed between two ruby beads. This is to symbolizes the five wounds of Christ. The Bone, obviously, for the wound and the two ruby’s for the precious blood. The intention is that while your hand moves through the rosary you can, in a way, “touch“ the wounds of Jesus and reflect on them as well as the mysteries.
