Refund/Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: all of our materials are natural and there is a natural variation in color, shape and size. NO RETURNS will be accepted on these basis. Please read each product description carefully before making your purchase.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Be aware, at this time we are a small business with limited resources so our return policy must reflect that. If a mistake has been made, please contact us and we will see if there is anything we can do to make it right. All refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Conditions

Pacific Northwest Rosaries reserves the right to deny any refund for any reason.
We are sorry, but we cannot offer refunds on orders under $30.00.
Our return policy lasts two weeks from the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it in.
If you decide that you want to return the product you ordered, we ask that you please email us photos of the product along with information regarding any damage, missing parts, or otherwise at PNWRosaries@gmail.com.
Please allow for up to 5 business days to hear back from us for approval. Directions on how and where to return the items will be given at this time.
The buyer is then responsible for shipping the item back. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
The refund process will then be started from our end within 2-3 business days after the seller receives said item (please note, processing time may vary depending on your bank).
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Before returning your item, you will need to email Pacific Northwest Rosaries with the reason for return AND clear pictures of any claimed damage if that is the reason for return. Within 5 business days of receiving your request, we will contact you regarding the return and let you know if the return meets the conditions set forth above. We will give you instructions on how to return the items to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know that we have received the item. A refund will begin then be issued 2-3 business days after the item is received by Pacific Northwest Rosaries. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund within 8 business days after we received the item back, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund after 12 business days, please contact us at PNWRosaries@gmail.com.
